J C Patel is one of the founders of Spencon and has been in the construction industry for over 45 years, 20 of them as Spencon's founder and Chief Executive Officer. With a degree in Geology, his development and construction resume includes various Infrastructure and maintenance facilities. With his broad range of construction experience, JCP brings the knowledge and perspective necessary to direct the development and successful outcome of every Spencon project.

Pragnesh Patel, Director·

Pragnesh is an innovative property developer with a fresh approach to development, focusing on creating eco-friendly and architecturally unique property havens for living and working. In order to ensure the Africa's transition into an international commercial capital and cultural landmark, Pragnesh has already initiated a significant number of ambitious projects, from affordable housing schemes to new urban mixed-use developments. Ashu Sharma, Director Special Projects·

Young and dynamic director with over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and practical approach to project management and field supervisory responsibilities provides strong, consistent and creative support to Spencon's Project teams at all levels of the company. His responsibilities include oversight of all project staffing, scheduling, quality control, subcontractor relations and dispute resolution. Since 1995, Ashu has provided leadership on Spencon's most complex and multi-phased constructions. He became a principal and assumed responsibilities as Spencon's Director in the Special Projects.

G. N. R Reddy, Director

GNR brings more than 38 years of commercial and industrial project management experience to Spencon, his success as a leading local contractor is based on a commitment to teamwork and a sincere interest in helping his clients achieve their objectives. GNR provides leadership in setting goals, process and direction for Spencon.

Naveen P Sharma, Director

Naveen is one of the founders of Spencon and has been in the construction industry for over 44 years. He oversees the management and integration of company wide field and office activities. Armed with practical knowledge of the construction process, NPS provides strong support to field managers and office staff.

Lokendra R Patel, Director

Lokendra joined the Spencon team in 1981, with the experience for over 44 years. His contributions most often include value-engineering, client and contract administration, job cost control, pre-construction services, and daily supervision of project start-up and close-out concerns.

Varun Gaur, Chief Operations Officer

Varun joined the Spencon team in 2003 with over 30 years experience. His contributions include providing policy and guidance to operation departments to achieve corporate strategy and objectives. Develops a group operational programme to ensure the implementation of Company’s vision and strategic goals.

Bimal Vyas, Regional Operations Officer (Kenya)

Bimal joined  the Spencon team in 1996, with over 27 years of experience. His contributions include timely, safe and responsible delivery / handover of projects within budget and stated quality, while observing effective engineering and business practices, effective allocation and utilization of resources.

K. Thiyagamooty, Regional Operations Officer (Tanzania)

Mr. KTM joined the Spencon team in 1998, with over (23) years of experience. His contributions most often include timely, safe and responsible delivery / handover of projects within budget and stated quality, while observing effective engineering and business practices, effective allocation and utilization of resources.

G V Seshiaiah, Regional Operations Officer (Uganda)

GV's contributions include reviewing operations and reporting on monthly, quarterly & annual basis. He advices  on development & implementation of good governance practice in all areas of operations. He identifies and investigates possible areas of operational ineffectiveness and contractual lapses to enhance good governance practices and effective contract management.

Patrick Nderitu, Group Internal Auditor

Patrick joined the Spencon team in 2008, with 23 years experience. His contributions include carrying out examination and evaluation of the Group’s systems of internal control and the quality of performance. Conducting appraisals and analysis, and giving recommendations and other pertinent comments concerning activities audited. Ensures realistic time budgets are developed for each project and that planned / special projects are executed to plan and as per acceptable auditing standards.

Collins Mwange, Group Head of IT

Collins joined the Spencon team in 2008 with experience of over 12 years. His role includes among others managing the IT department to leverage investment in IT infrastructure and systems that support efficient and effective processes.  Develops and communicates effective IT plans and processes for business continuity, risk management and disaster prevention.
