Spencon strives to ensure a positive impact on the communities in which it operates through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes. Where possible, we will contract local staff on projects and offer specialized training to ensure a high standard of work delivery.
By investing in the local communities where we operate, Spencon aims to have a sustainable contribution which will establish growth of local capacity and sustainability. We further hope to strengthen our ties with the community by contributing towards local education, health and cultural development.
Spencon keeps monitoring the social responsibilities of the company and promulgates policies that are consistent with Spencon's legitimate interests and good business practices. This has been harnessed through:
