Assistant Manager HR

Spencon is looking for a suitable candidate for a position of a ASSISTANT MANAGER HR for our Kenya Regional Office at NAIROBI. The candidate should meet the following:

Requirements: Qualifications
  • Higher Diploma/Post Graduate Degree with Specialization in HRM with atleast 5-10 years of hands on experience in cascading and implementing all above HR verticles.
  • Thorough Knowledge of Labour Laws of Kenya
  • Computer literacy is a must.
  • End user experience in ERP HR/HRIS will be an added advantage and will have edge over others. Ideally candidate should be in 30-40 age group

  • Compensation management and delivery, Performance management

  • Excellence in client management model: mobilizing the best people and integrating the tools and processes required to meet the needs of the business
