Requirements: Qualifications
- Higher Diploma/Post Graduate Degree with Specialization in HRM with atleast 5-10 years of hands on experience in cascading and implementing all above HR verticles.
- Thorough Knowledge of Labour Laws of Kenya
- Computer literacy is a must.
- End user experience in ERP HR/HRIS will be an added advantage and will have edge over others. Ideally candidate should be in 30-40 age group
